Abstract
This article presents the results obtained from the planning, development and operation of a program developed under a form of B-learning (20% and 80% Face-to-Virtual), to provide recursive subjects in the ESCA Tepepan. The purpose of this study was to support graduate students in the Public Accountant with failed subjects because of external factors of time and space that hinder their learning in a face. Instructional design and teaching approach was developed with a constructivist psycho who tried directing students taking responsibility for their learning under the tutelage of teachers. The structural organization of the didactics designs are based on the process of formative and summative assessment as cornerstone for monitoring and mediation activities. The implementation of the courses is conducted with a virtual component through an LMS (Blackboard) and a face component with a counseling session Saturday with his tutor. Attention was given to 1193 students with an average recovery rate of 77% and in the opinion of the students believes that this program has been mostly favorable to learning the conventional program.
