A contingency model of organizational behavior

Abstract







Fiedler's leadership theory has attracted the
interest of a large number of behavioral scientists,
who have tested his theory in a wide variety of
work groups within a variety of settings. In
attempting to integrate these findings into his
theory, Fiedler differentiates between interaction
groups and coercion groups.
