Abstract

The phenomenon of expansion of higher education in Mexico, coupled with a growing deterioration in financing conditions, has imposed on educational institutions (both public and private) a challenge to make them more efficient, effective and, of course, to consider the possibility of planning quality educational systems, consistent with social needs and the conditions that the country demands.
