EFFECTIVENESS AND EFFICIENCY IN ADMINISTRATION

Abstract
In the study of management, different approaches have been developed to understand organizational behavior. Until 1940, these approaches sought, in one way or another, greater effectiveness and efficiency, greater productivity and employee performance, based on the principle that greater production leads to greater profit, resulting in better pay and, therefore, greater employee satisfaction.
