Abstract

I am going to address the case of the Mexican banking system, and since you are fully aware, and I assume intimately convinced, of the merits and importance of Industrial Relations in any company, it would be pointless to praise this function, which has proven its importance in social, economic, and political activity in all countries where it has been professionally employed.
