Abstract
The fact that Mexico is now celebrating the fiftieth anniversary of its first General Planning Law, enacted on July 12, 1930, not only evokes our homage but also confirms the deeper tendency of that Mexican Revolution, which formed part of the ideological repertoire of our youth.
