Abstract

Whatever the antinomies presented between the organizations that emerge in a society, the process of change in organizational development acquires a certain clarity when we relate it to the idea of ​​creativity, due to the extraordinary range of cultures that have emerged on earth and have witnessed the potential called "human inventiveness."
