Abstract

I've been invited to develop an extraordinarily interesting theme: Administration and Modernity. Administration is always related to man; this is a first idea I'd like to present to you, and although we are all, in some way, aware of this. All schools of administration have certainly taken this as a fundamental premise, sometimes, in the development of both professional practice and administrative theory, we somewhat forget this, and it seems as if administration deals with goods or only with achieving the greatest efficiency and productivity, the best results, and this is not the case.
