EDUCATIONAL BASIS FOR THE TRAINING OF SCIENTISTS AND TECHNOLOGISTS

Abstract
The seed of scientific training is planted in the human mind and will from an early age and is cultivated throughout life, both at home and in the community, and in the different types, levels, and modalities of education. However, the emergence of a scientist is not a work of chance or simple trial and error; scientific activity is in fact a true vocation, which requires a favorable cultural environment, early stimulation of learning, sufficient means and resources, and appropriate conditions for its development.
