Abstract

For the analysis of this issue we must make the following assumptions:. Globalization has taken advantage of the explosive development of two sectors, considered cornerstones of modern society: financial markets and the media. Market economy alows for economic rationality io be independent from the demands of society. Transnationals and first-world governments turn out to be the architects of global society, and their interests differ with those of people affected by this phenomenon, the result are structural stand-offs and even more precarious employment, and a dismemberment of social welfare. When you take government beyond academic thought, you must act with the common sense of a good prudent manager. Financially, alt the principal stock exchanges are interrelated and they function as links of a chain. Financial economy has freed itself from any form of social or political control. a country as nationalist as México has observed with resignation its direct dependency to the United States.
