Abstract

In this article describes Internet, their components that include platform, services and applications. It analyze how to find information with search engines in order to improve how to find it. Also pretends to show the enterprise necessity to adopt this technology based on the profits that it can provide to the organization

Author Biography

Joaquín Morales Uribe, National Polytechnic Institute, Mexico

PhD in Administration, Professor of Administrative Informatics in the Graduate Studies and Research Section of ESCA, IPN; Professor of Information Systems Administration in the Master's in Administration and of Integrated Business Solutions at ITESM, CEM; and Superintendent of IT Audit at PEMEX. He is the author of several articles and his research interests include Information Technology and the Internet, as well as their impact on society.
