NUEVAS DIRECCIONES CRÍTICAS EN EL LIDERAZGO EDUCATIVO

Abstract
Hay tres áreas principales de trabajo crítico y nuevo en el ámbito del liderazgo educativo, ya sea en curso o en necesidad de realizarse. Las tres áreas del liderazgo educativo (y de la investigación sobre liderazgo educativo) en las que me centraré son: 1) la reintegración del sujeto humano; 2) la etnografía del liderazgo educativo; y 3) la democratización de las organizaciones educativas.
