Abstract
This article has been divided in five parts. First t is analyzed lightly the Theory of commerce and more precisely political commercial Theory . in second part is studied the theoretical roots and the consequences of
politics in commercial affaires that in practice are commerce barriers.
In third part is analyzed under point of view of Duane? Union theory the classification of economic blocks and its evolution in time.
In the fourth part is studied the models which studies the results of commerce of European Union.
Finally in fifth part is studied in critic way the European practices and is questioned if the creation oí European union has been creator of commerce or not
