Abstract

In this article we presented a Model that gathers new variables and interactions to explain the operation of Total Quality Management (TQM) process.
Taking as a reference this new Model, we also deepened in the analysis of the interaction between Information Systems (IS) and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in TQM process and Organizational elements in TQM process, since we understand that this double study goes further and contributes to clarify this concept .
