Abstract
This paper explains the experiences of the author as a consultant on the subject of “Management Assessment" in the environment of the largest private Spanish corporations. It comprises the subject matter, from the perspective of the corporate necessities of these type of studies and from the side of the consultant. It also explains the diverse models and procedures used, and finally explains how these experiences have been inspiration for further investigation on the topic of leadership models in the Spanish environment.
