Proposal for continuous improvement of researchers' health. A contribution to the organization of medical services at the University of Veracruz

Abstract

his paper has the purpose to share the results of a colaborative research and a proposal derived of these results, wich has as objetive to structure and propose actions to improve the healt that contribute, in first place, to stablish a healt climate adequate for the researchers of the Universidad Veracruzana, as to organize the healt services of the same university, and at the same time to generate knowledge in the frame of the Generation, Aplication of the Researchers Line Growth, development and evaluation of the human resourses in the organization of the IIESCA-UV.
