Resumen

La investigación modifica las escalas de innovación, centralización, complejidad y mecanización en el contexto laboral mexicano. Analiza la información mediante correlaciones, análisis factorial y análisis discriminante, señalando la validez y confiabilidad de los instrumentos, así como la naturaleza de las asociaciones y su trascendencia para el estudio de las organizaciones mexicanas.
