Resumen

This paper explains the experiences of the author as a consultant on the subject of “Management Assessment" in the environment of the largest private Spanish corporations. It understands the subject matter, from the perspective of the corporate needs of these types of studies and from the side of the consultant. It also explains the diverse models and procedures used, and finally explains how these experiences have been inspiration for further research on the topic of leadership models in the Spanish environment.
