Apoyo Organizacional y Gestión de Conocimiento en Empresas Manufactureras Mexicanas

Resumen

El objetivo de este artículo es analizar el efecto del apoyo de la organización (OS) con la efectividad del sistema de gestión de conocimiento (EKMS), la utilización de los repositorios de conocimiento (UKR) con la adquisición (KA) y el intercambio (KS), la adopción de mejores prácticas (UBP) y la confianza de los colaboradores con la transferencia de conocimiento (KTT) de organizaciones manufactureras. El método de investigación es cuantitativo. Los datos fueron recolectados de 124 colaboradores de 33 organizaciones mediante muestreo intencional y analizados con el método PLS-SEM. Los resultados muestran que EKMS se ve afectado por OS para KA a través del UKR y que UKR influye a KA y KS. Los hallazgos confirman la hipótesis que KTT influye en KS. La originalidad está en las variables analizadas y el sector abordado. La limitación es el muestreo intencional, tamaño de muestra limitado, acotado a un sector económico y cuidad.
